Learn how to delete your Instagram data from TemuIn

Quick Summary

If you want to delete your Instagram data from TemuIn, you have three options. All deletion requests are processed within 30 days, with data fully deleted within 90 days.

Option 1: Delete Through TemuIn (Recommended)

Log in to your TemuIn account

Go to https://www.temuin.app and sign in with your email and password

Navigate to Settings

Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Profile" from the dropdown menu

Go to Connected Accounts

Find "Connected Accounts" or "Instagram Integration" section

Disconnect Instagram

Click the "Disconnect" or "Remove" button next to your Instagram account and confirm when prompted

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation message and email

Timeline:

Immediate: Instagram access token is revoked
Within 7 days: Instagram profile data removed from active systems
Within 90 days: All Instagram data permanently deleted from backups

Option 2: Delete Through Instagram

On Instagram Mobile App:

Open Instagram App

Tap your profile picture in the bottom right

Go to Settings

Tap the menu icon (three lines) → Tap "Settings"

Navigate to Apps and Websites

Tap "Security" → Tap "Apps and Websites"

Remove TemuIn

Find "TemuIn" → Tap "Remove" → Confirm removal

On Instagram Website:

Visit Instagram.com

Go to https://www.instagram.com and log in

Access Settings

Click your profile picture → Click "Settings"

Go to Apps and Websites

Click "Apps and Websites" in the left sidebar

Remove TemuIn

Find "TemuIn" → Click "Remove" → Confirm

Option 3: Contact Support

Required Information:

Your full name
TemuIn account email address
Instagram username connected to TemuIn
Reason for deletion (optional)

Response Time: We respond to deletion requests within 24-48 hours

What Data is Deleted

When you request Instagram data deletion, the following is removed:

Instagram access token (revoked immediately)
Instagram profile information (username, bio, profile picture)
All Instagram media (posts, reels, carousel albums)
Instagram insights and analytics data
Follower/following counts and metrics
Calculated data (engagement rates, PSV scores)

What is NOT deleted:

If you only disconnect Instagram, your core TemuIn account remains active (name, email, settings). To delete your entire TemuIn account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Important Notes

Deletion is Permanent

Once deleted, Instagram data CANNOT be recovered. You can reconnect your Instagram account later, but historical data is lost and will need to be rebuilt.

Active Campaigns

If you have active campaigns with brands, deletion may affect them. We recommend completing or canceling active campaigns before disconnecting.
